A great con starts with great sponsors.  We need your help in putting together an awesome inaugural event from September 25, 2020 and concluding September 27, 2020 at the Sheraton Louisville Riverside Hotel located at 700 West Riverside Drive, Jeffersonville, Indiana 47130.  The following sponsorship packages are available, to request documentation please reach out to info AT whosyourhacker.com.

A Note on COVID-19: We have no plans to change the dates or venue of the conference at this time, however, if a public health crisis persists, we will respond with best practices to ensure the safety and health of our attendees and community. If a change is necessary, we will commit to doing so with as much advance notice as possible.

Prod  – Headline Sponsor – $4,000 – 1 available 
1 Prod sponsorship is available, this sponsor will receive headline status at the conference and will receive:

  • Company Logo and Link on the Event Website’s
  • Company Name and Logo Event Communications
  • Company Logo included in Webinars
  • Company Logo included on WYH Agenda
  • Company Logo on Conference Attendee gift (bag, folio, etc.)
  • Company Logo included on talk recordings 
  • Sponsor mentioned by name at opening ceremonies 
  • 5 – full 3-day conference passes
  • List of all conference attendees who opted-in
  • 1 – Speaker Presentation slot (this must be an educational talk and not a “sales pitch”)
  • Recognition via Social Media
  • 1 – Exhibit table for the entire event
  • Headline sponsor recognition in the conference program 
  • Sponsor-supplied literature distributed to attendees

Test  – Party Sponsors – $3,000/ea – 2 available 
2 sponsors are sought for the purposes of sponsoring/hosting either the Friday or Saturday night parties. The sponsor will be responsible for emceeing for their evening’s event and will co-host their sponsored party night with the conference staff. These sponsors will receive prominent status at the conference and will receive:

  • A few minutes to give a welcoming remark during their night to host the party
  • An exhibition table at the party for the duration
  • Exclusive swag distribution in the party room (if you choose to bring things to hand out)
  • Company Logo included in Webinars
  • Company Logo and Link on the Event Website’s
  • Company Name and Logo Event Communications
  • Company Logo included on WYH Agenda
  • Company Logo on Conference Attendee gift (bag, folio, etc.)
  • Company Logo included on talk recordings

1 sponsor is sought for the purposes of sponsoring the keynote address.   This sponsor will receive prominent status at the conference and will receive:

  • A few minutes to give a welcoming remark and introduction of the keynote speaker 
  • Company Logo and Link on the Event Website
  • Company Logo included in Webinars
  • Company Name and Logo Event Communications
  • Company Logo included on WYH Agenda
  • Company Logo on Conference Attendee gift (bag, folio, etc.)

3 sponsors are sought for the purposes of sponsoring one of the Red Team Speaking Track, the Blue team Speaking Track, and the Management Speaking Track.   Each track sponsor will receive:

3 sponsors are sought for the purposes of sponsoring the days of the conference, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.   Each track sponsor will receive:
